We recently upgraded our platform to provide an even more user-friendly experience. Let's explore the top tools and latest enhancements you should be using on Fastweb!

How Find Scholarships with Fastweb

When you log in to your Fastweb account, you'll see new scholarship matches since your last login, the total number of scholarships you have been matched to, as well as the total number of dollars you could earn if you applied to each scholarship on your matches page. Next, it's time to arrange things on the scholarship search front...

Organize and Track Your Scholarship Search.

Our latest update features a tutorial on scholarship organizations. Once you log in, select See Matches. New members will automatically be introduced to the Scholarship Organization tour. Existing Fastweb members are encouraged to select the Quick Tour image when they log in and navigate to their matches page. The tour begins by explaining where users can find their Scholarship Matches... Students will find their Scholarship Matches in two places. The Account Menu or via the Banner shown below: <>Use the heart icon on your scholarship dashboard to favorite a particular scholarship opportunity. You'll see a heart icon next to all of your favorite scholarships. Be sure to revisit and apply for these later! Select the green check mark icon from your scholarship matches list to highlight the scholarships you have already applied for. Access more actions via the ellipsis icon. These actions include letting us know you won the scholarship, sharing you're not eligible, reporting incorrect information, and more. Manage your scholarship matches with filters. You can see scholarships exclusive to college, majors, featured, or new scholarship opportunities. Keep yourself organized. Take advantage of updating the status of each scholarship from your matched list every time you visit.

Keep Deadlines on Your Radar.

Another Fastweb enhancement is adding scholarship deadlines to your calendar! Once you've landed on a scholarship detail page, click the calendar icon to the right of the deadline to add the critical date to your calendar. We've added six popular calendars: Apple, Google, Office 365, Outlook, Outlook.com, and Yahoo.

Keep Your Fastweb Profile Current.

Log in and view your Fastweb profile often. Make it a habit to reassess and update your profile every month. For instance, update your profile when you advance to the next grade level. Maybe your GPA increased or you joined a new club or extracurricular activity? If so, update it. You could qualify for more merit scholarship opportunities! Use the Profile Wizard to verify or update your current school year, the year you're applying for scholarships, your major, interests, career objectives, ACT/SAT scores, memberships you're a part of, fraternity or sorority memberships and more!

Invite Your Friends and Family to Use Fastweb's College Planning Tool

The College Planning Tool was designed for parents and guardians of soon-to-be and current college students or trade school students. This parent resource provides how-to information on the college and technical school planning process, as well as many FAQs that parents frequently ask about college planning and admissions .
